The finca is located in a privileged area of Ses Covetes- Es Trenc , it\'s a beautiful beach with turquoise water, fine white sand, natural dunes, the natural beach  Es Trenc hat total length of 5 km, the beach starts in Sa Ràpita and ends in Colonia St Jordi, a nature reserve. The house is located in southern Majorca, just a few kilometers from  Colonia St Jordi and Sa Rapita, a yacht club, together with its port, the center of Sa Rapita, sailing, surfing or diving, you can here do also find horseback riding or golf course, good fish restaurants , cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, all about 4 Kms away. Airport about 45 km away.
