The finca CAN FONOLL, in the south of Mallorca, only some 5 km from Colonia de Sant Jordi and from the beautiful beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita is a little oasis with a rich vegatation, away from hectic and stress. Pool 3,5x7m, with terrace, sunbeds, parasol and with an extra grill-terrace, to be shared between the 2 houses.  

Surrounded by some 35.000 m2 of ground, completely fenced, with a very rich vegetation, pine trees, fruits, cactus, etc., are the 2 houses Can Fonoll  A and B, built together on one side, but keeping its own privacy:

CAN FONOLL B: with aprox. 85m2 living area. Over a few steps to the private terrace you enter in the house. Living room with sofas and Satellite TV, dining-table and open kitchen. The kitchen is completely euqipped with gas-cooker and -oven, dishwasher, fridge/freeser, microweave, coffee machine, electr. kettle, toaster, etc.

2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (90x190cm) and bathroom "en suite", one with bath/WC/bidet and the other with shower/WC/bidet.

On the backside of the house is the BBQ-grill-terrace, with table and chairs, to be shared between the 2 houses.

Parking on the ground.

In the south of Mallorca is the cottage CAN FONOLL B, only some 5 km to Colonia de Sant Jordi (well-known touristic place) and the beautiful beaches of ES TRENC and SA RAPITA, the famous long beaches in the South of Mallorca. Perfect for all kind of water sports or just long walks along the beach, with  very fine white sand.

Also the little town  Campos is only some car-minuts away, with all kind of shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, etc. and a colourful weekly market around the church, in the middle of the charming old part.
