The spacious Villa LA CASITA, new-built in a rustic Mallorcan style, with private pool (11x5,5m) up to 8 persons,  in a lovely quiet area, near Santanyi (1,5km) and only 3 km from Cala Mondragó. Nicely decorated, 2 covered furnished terraces. Pool terrace with sunbeds and parasols. Exterior shower.  Lawn-area in front of the house with BBQ-grill. A perfect place for relaxing holidays with your family or friends.

On the private ground of over 2400m2, completely fenced and with private atmosphere, you will find the generously built house, Villa LA CASITA, over 150m2 living area on two levels, plus some  30m2 of covered terraces.

Over some steps you arrive the covered, furnished front terrace and the main-entrance to the house:

Upper level: a spacious bright living/dining-room with open kitchen, separated by a decorative stone-bar, with  sofas, fire place (only decoration), Satellite-TV, Radio/CD and a wide dining-table. Kitchen completely equipped: Gas-cooker (5 flams), gas-oven, dish-washer, fridge/freeser (combi with 2 doors), micro-weave, coffee-machine, electr. kettle, etc. One extra dining room facing the covered terrace to the pool-side, on the back. 1 bedroom with 2 beds (190x90cm), 1 shower/WC.

Lower floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 room with beds 200x90cm and 2 rooms with beds 190x90cm). Windows in the upper part of the wall. Special isolated walls  to keep the  rooms cool in summer and warm in winter.  1 shower/WC.

The Villa LA CASITA is situated between Santanyi (1,5km) and S´Alquería Blanca (2km). Almost in walking-distance (3km) are the pitoresque sandy beaches of  S´Amardor and Cala Mondragó, with clear, deep blue water, in the middle of the Naturalpark S´Amarador. Santanyi on the other side, is one of the most charming and well-kept small cities in the South-East of Mallorca. Fruit and vegetable markets and a colourful weekly market on Sundays.

In Santanyi you will find all kind of shops, boutiques, supermarkets, bars, and very good restaurants, also in the surroundings.   

Some 6 km away is the more touristic place Cala d´Or with a beautiful sports port. And only some 15 min. away is the golf-course.

- Deposit-money: Euros 300.-, to be paid in cash on arrival to the owner/agency and

  it  will be returned in cash before departure

- Sheets and towels (1 hand and 1 shower-towel p.pers.) available, weekly change
