The lovely cottage Finca Sa Galera is only some 900 m from the charming village Cas Concos. Nice open vieuw, overlooking the well-kept gardens and the surroundings with different kind of trees. Private pool (3,5x7,5m), with terraces, sunbeds,  ideal for 6 persons. A complete BBQ-area.

The generouse holiday-home (aprox. 165 m2) Sa Galera is on a ground of aprox. 14.600m2:

Nicely furnished: living-room with dinning-area, satellite TV, CD player, fire place (only  decoration). Completely equipped kitchen, with gas-cooker, 4 rings, electr. oven, dish-washer, fridge, micro weave, coffee machine, toaster, etc., 3 bedrooms, one with double bed (150x190cm) and 2 with 2 beds each (90x190cm). 3 bathrooms: 1 WC/bath, 2 WC/showers. Laundry machine. Furnished covered terrace overlooking the pool  and sunterrace around the pool, with 6 sunbeds and parasol. Behind the house a complete barbecue-area. Parking on the ground.

The finca Sa Galera is next to the charming village Cas Concos in a nice slight hilly area, here you will find some of shops, supermarket and some very good restaurants. To Santanyi, Felanitx, Porto Colom or Cala D´Or you get in 10-15 car-minuts. To the next beach aprox. 8 km. Also the Golf-course Vall d´Or is in this area, aprox. 12 km.

- Capacity: 6 pers.+ 1 baby (max. 2years)

- Minimum stay: 7 days

- Deposit-money: Euros 200.- to be paid on arrival to the owner and you will get it back on departure.

- Pets: not welcome

- Laundry wash-machine and iron available

- Maid service once a week (after 7 days)

- Beddings incl., weekly change (after 7 days)

- Towels (1 hand- and 1 shower-towel p.pers.) incl., weekly change (after 7 days)

- Cot on request available (free of charge, but without beddings)
