Weeking Holidays

The beautiful nice finca S´HORT D´EN BOIRA, on the country side between Campos and Colonia St. Jordi, aprox. 5 car-minuts each, also to the beautiful beach of ES TRENC, a perfect place for a quiet holiday up to max. 6 persons, with a private pool (9x5m),  terraces with sunbeds and parasol, shower. Covered furnished terrace with barbecue-grill.

The spacious house (aprox. 130m2) - on aprox. 3000m2 ground, completely fenced -  is furnished in a rustic style with a friendly warm atmosphere:  Living room with dining place, satelite TV. Completely equipped kitchen, incl. dish washer, gas-cooker, oven, coffee machine, toaster, mirco-weave. Fire place only decoration. 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed each and 1 with two single beds. Bath/WC plus an extra WC/shower in the laundry-area. Washmachine and iron. Covered parking on the ground.

S´HORT D´EN BOIRA is only some 4 km from the nice village Campos, with all kind of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and a colourful weekly market in the charming old part. On the other side,  aprox. the same distance,  you can get to the touristic place Colonia St. Jordi, next to the beautiful long beach  ES TRENC.

- Capacity: max. 6 persons plus a baby (max. 2 years)

- Minimum stay: 7 days

- Deposit: € 200.-, to be paid on arrival to the owner in cash and  returned before

 departure

- Extra-costs: none

- Pets: not welcome

- Laundry-washmachine and iron available

- Cleaning: weekly, after 7 days

- Sheets and towels incl. (1 hand- and 1 shower towel), change after 7 days

- Baby-bed (without sheets) on request, free of charge
