The attractive Villa NA CORMA is situated in a  peaceful area on the country side, short before the little village Calonge (1000m), with nice sea-view. Private pool (4x8m), ideal for 4 persons. Sunterrace around the pool with sunbeds, umbrella, barbecue-grill. Parking on the ground.

The generous Villa NA CORMA is on a ground of 1800m2, completely fenced, and has some 100m2 living area plus 120m2 of terraces, on 2 levels:

Groundfloor: Covered terrace with furnitures, 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (180x90cm each), WC/bath, entry with stairs to the first floor.

First floor: Spaceous covered terrace con sea view. Living room with sofas and dinner-place, fire place (just decoration), SAT-TV, CD-player. Kitchen completely equipped, gas-cooker with 4 rings, electr. oven, micro weave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge. WC/shower.

Washmachine and iron.

Central oil-heating on request: €10.- per day, to be paid on arrival

The Villa NA CORMA is short before arriving in the village Calonge (1km), very quiet area on the country side. In Calonge you will find all necessary shops and also a few very good restaurants with local cuisine. Cala D´Or with a nice sports port is only 4 km away and to the beautiful beaches Cala Mondragó and S´Amarador are some 5 km away.

-  Capacity: max. 4 adults  and 1 baby (up to 2 years)

- Minimum stay period: 7 days

- Security deposit: Euros 200.-, to be paid on arrival in cash and it will be returned on

  departure, also in cash.

- Pets: not welcome

- Heating on request: Euros 10.- per day, payable on arrival

- Laundry washmachine and iron available

- Maid service once a week included (after 7 days)

- Bedlinen, weekly change included (after 7 days)

- Towels (1 hand- and 1 shower per person) included, weekly change
