The attractive villa SON JAUME MAIG is on the country side of the little village Pina, next to Algaida (3km), in the centre of Mallorca. Beautiful gardens and a private pool 3,5x6,5m, with lawn and sunbeds, BBQ-Terrace, comletely private atmosphere. Ideal for 4 persons.

The villa is a natural stone house, new-built, aprox.  78m2, surrounded by some 10.000m2 of beautiful gardens. A separate covered terrace (50m2)with garden-furnitues and a barbecue-grill.  Another  spaceous covered terrace (30m2) with furnitures by the entrance. Entering into the house you will be suprised by a elegant rustic style. On the ground floor you enter into the living area, combined by a kitchen, open to the dining area with double heights on the right and the living room on the left. From there you go half floor up on a small free-standing stair, to a bedroom with 2 beds (90x190), open, in a veranda-style, but no sight-contact from the living area. Another bedrom is on the groundfloor, with double bed (150x190), also a WC/shower. Living room with Satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD, fire place (just for decoration). Completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker with 5 rings, gas oven, microwaeve, toaster, coffee machine, fridge etc. Laundry washmachine and iron. 

The charming litte village PINA, with only a few hundreds of habitants, is in the middle of the Island, on the country side, and belongs to Algaida, aprox. 3 km away. There you can find all kind of shops, supermarket and restaurants. In aprox. 30 min. drive you can reach the beaches in the north of the Island. Also the distance to Palma city is only some 25 km.

- Minimum stay period: 7 days

- Deposit: Euros 200.-, to be paid on arrival in cash and it will be returned on departure, also in cash.

- baby cot and high chair free of charge, on request, (no bedlinens for the cot)
