The cottage Finca SA TANCA is surrounded by 14.000m2 land, with its own almond trees. Situated between Campos and the lovely beach ES TRENC, only some 10 car-minutes. Private pool (9x4m), exterior shower, sun beds and a nice covered terrace. Up to 6 persons, the perfect place for a holiday in family or with friends.

The house  FINCA SA TANCA with aprox. 120 m2, on a ground of aprox. 14.000m2, is nicely decorated:

Living room with dining area, sofa and Satellite TV. Kitchen with fire place and all necessary equipments, including a little electric oven and dish-washer. 2 bedrooms with a double bed each (190x150cm), bath/WC, 1 bedroom with two beds  (190x90cm), 1 extra bath/WC. Parking on the private ground.

Street noice from the road Campos-Sa Rapita on the terrace, but not in the house, as it has been specially isolated.  But you will not see the street, as it is on the back of the house and separated by all kind of trees. Aircondition in all the bedrooms.

Between Campos and the marvellouse long beach of Es Trenc, only some 10 minutes by car,   in the South-Eastof Mallorca,  is the Finca SA TANCA. Only 3 km to the next village, Campos, a charming little town with a well kept old part arround the church, shops, super markets, bars and restaurants,  and a very busy colourful weekly market. The long beach of Es Trenc on the other side, is well-known for the very fine white sand, and the long walks you can do along the sea.

- Capacity: max. 6 adults and 1 baby (max. 2 years)

-  Minimum stay period: 7 days

- Security deposit: Euros 200.-, to be paid on arrival in cash, and it will be returned on departure, also in cash.

- Aircondition: on request, Euros 6.- per day, to be paid to the owner

- Pets: not welcome

- Laundry machine and iron available

- Maid service: once a week incl. (after 7 days)

- Bedlinen incl.: change once a week (after 7 days)

- Towels (1hand- and 1 shower-towel p.p.) incl.: change once a week (after 7 days)

- High chair and cot (without beddings): on request, free of charge
