The lovely cottage Villa Can Formatge in Campos, a beautiful country home ideal for Nature lovers, surrounded by flowers and land with lemon trees, ideal for 4 persons. Private pool (8x4m), terraces with sunbeds, barbecue-grill, exterior shower. The house has been completely restaured in traditional Majorcan style.

On the private ground of aprox. 5000m2 (fenced) is the house Can Formatge with aprox. 100m2 living area on two levels:

Ground floor: Living-room with dining place, open to the kitchen. Satellite TV. Kitchen fully equipped, cooker with 4 rings, microweave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, dish-washer, etc. Shower/WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with aircondition, one with double bed (150x200cm) and one with 2 beds (90x190cm), 1 complete bathroom with Jacuzzi.  

- Laundry room, with wash machine and iron.

- Central heating.

- Aircondition in the 2 bedrooms. 

Villa Formatge, Campos, Mallorca South. Only 4 km from the lovely little town Campos away, with its charming old part arround the church, shops and a very busy weekly market on Saturdays, and to the beautiful beach of es Trenc only some 10 car-minuts.

Very good restaurants in this area.

- Capacity: 4 adults + 1 baby (max. 2 years)

- Minimum stay period: 7 days

- Security deposit: Euros 200.-, to be paid on arrival in cash and it will be returned on 

  departure, in cash

- Heating on request, Euros 6.- per day, to be paid to the owner

- Aircondition on request, Euros 5.- per day, to be paid to the owner

- Pets: not welcome

- Laundry with washmachine and iron

- Maid service once a week included, after 7 days 

- Bedlinen: weekly change incl. , after 7 days

- Towels  (1 hand- and 1 shower towel per person) incl., weekly change, after 7 days

- cot and high chair on request, free of charge (without beddings)
